Welcome to Uttarakhand Blind Sports Association, an organization dedicated to promoting sports and physical activities for the visually impaired community in Uttarakhand. Our association was established in 2018, under the guidance of Mr. Anant Prakash Mehra and nirupama sood, with the aim of providing opportunities for the blind to participate in sports and lead an active lifestyle.
We believe that sports can not only improve physical health but also boost confidence, self-esteem, and social skills. Our team of dedicated volunteers and coaches work tirelessly to organize various sports activities such as, football, athletics, and chess for the visually impaired. We also conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of our athletes and prepare them for competitions at the state and national level.
At Uttarakhand Blind Sports Association, we strive to create an inclusive environment where the visually impaired can participate in sports without any barriers. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals, regardless of their physical abilities.
